Products: FPC & RFPC, applied to phone battery protection boards, Bluetooth earphones, e-cigarettes, camera modules, AR glasses

(High-layer & HDI PCB Factory)

Founded: 2015, put into production in 2018

Floor area: 70,000 square meters

Monthly capacity: 1.6 million sq.ft; High-layer PCB: 120,000 sq.ft/month; HDI PCB: 30,000 sq.ft/month

Product scope: Aluminum substrate, high-layer board, HDI board,Widely used in AI computing, communication, server and other fields

Longnan 4th factory
(Mass-production High-layer & HDI Factory)

Construction completed in 2024, pending mass production

Floor area: 60,000 square meters

Planned monthly capacity: 500,000 sq.ft

Product orientation: Mainly 12~46-layer server motherboards, applied to AI computing and server products. Serves as capacity expansion base of Longnan Plant 3
